Guy Pearce

The evolution of Guy Pearce (pictured above) from popular Australian television soap opera star to Hollywood megastar has been an impressive journey. His spirited performance in The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert helped launch his film career. He turned heads in Hollywood with an exuberant and uncompromising performance in L.A. Confidential, and further proved his depth as a hard hitting lawyer in Rules of Engagement. Since the year 2000 he has accumulated many highly respectable credits, which includes: Memento, The Count of Monte Cristo, The Hurt Locker, The Road, and The King's Speech. Pearce has remained committed to the Australian Film Industry, and he provided the lead in The Proposition.
